Meet our new colleague in technical support

We are happy to welcome our new team member Andreas Chhadeh to Citygrid’s technical support.

2025-09-09

– Both the technical part and the innovative part attracted me. I read about the foundation of the company and felt that this is something I want to be part of. Here there is room to invest in people in the long term, and recently I’ve become even more convinced of that, Andreas says.

In his role, Andreas supports customers with everything from luminaire issues to bug reports, damage reports, deliveries, and other product-related matters. When asked what’s most important in support, the answer is clear.

– Satisfied customers. Delivering the best quality, quickly and smoothly. The more you work, the more experience you gain. It’s important to have patience. Being a problem solver – it takes time. The first weeks have been full of energy.

– Very positive. From the very beginning, I feel I can develop and contribute. The atmosphere in the group is very good and easy to adapt to. There are opportunities to develop and contribute.

Curiosity is one of his strongest drivers.

– I learn as much as I can. I’m a curious guy, so I always ask if there’s something I don’t know.

And the most enjoyable part of the job?

– Helping customers solve problems. The feeling that now I’ve done something useful when we’ve solved the problem.

Looking ahead, he is eager to continue growing with Citygrid.

– To deepen my technical knowledge, grow with the company, and develop both technically and personally. There is always something to develop in, whether it’s software or hardware.
